This business has taken advantage of my 81 year old mother. They were tasked with replacing her roof which they did, but they put new shingles on damaged roof decking causing damage to the home. We have tried working with them to make the necessary repairs but they have been completely unresponsive. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and C & H wouldn't even respond to the BBB. Consequently they are no longer accredited by the BBB. STAY AWAY from this business. decided NOT to hire this contractor for a paint job I requested a quote for the work. The contractor left a business card on my door, but also removed an item not belonging to him (caught on Ring Video) and refuses to return it. I called the company, who acknowledged taking the item and actually blamed it on COVID saying he did not realize he literally took something that did not belong to him. Wow! What an awesome experience! I contacted C & H about an issue of ice build up on the driveway that.I had last winter. They patiently listened and checked out my concerns and fixed the issue.
Horrible. While fixing the roof, the company damaged the window screen. Steve, the CEO, removed the screen but never brought the new one. Basically, if you hire this company, they can damage your property and would not fix it. I contacted Steve for about a year asking him to bring the new screen, but got nothing back.
