I am satisfied with the analysis done on the van to determine the starting problems along with our return trip to replace a ball joint. This was my husbands favorite place to go, but I always went to a different place. He convinced me to try this place out and I was so happy with the experience. Everyone was so extremely nice and helpful. They did a wonderful job on my car and I was surprised how quickly they were finished! I guess I could have two favorite places to go. :)
Intermittent AC (last week) worked just fine the day it arrived for checking out. C&H's electronic equipment found a relay switch not always working. Replaced the part and we are as good as new which was 160,000+ miles ago. Bring on summer.
C&H you guys are the best! Not only did you get my car in right away, you once again went out of your way to make my experience much better than it could have been. I received a referral from my local mechanic for a reliable mechanic in Spokane to look at a vehicle I was considering buying. They were very accommodating. I pre-authorized $300 for an inspection. They looked at the vehicle I was thinking of buying, realized how many problems it had almost immediately, and stopped the inspection. I was charged a very nominal fee.
