I first called this company in late may to get our property surveyed. They took my info and said they would email a contract. 4 days later still no contact to I called the to make sure they had our correct email address. Waited 3 more work days and still no call. Went to their office and gave them my email info personally and received their forms the next day, and I hand delivered them that same day. So this simple process took 2 work weeks to complete.
