Rather overpriced for what you get, slow service, took bout 20 before they asked us for our drinks, then another 15 mins to get them, might I add there was only 2 other guests, took about 45 mins to get our apps which consisted of 3 friend wantons and 2 fried veggies, then another hour for a few sushi rolls, which didn't taste bad, but the consistency was pretty off
The food was very good. The Sushi was as good as anywhere else. Worth the money to me!
Oh well, you win some you lose some... I've been coming here for years. Today was my last day. The sushi was off, I let them know and left the remaining pieces.. normally no big deal, but when I noticed I was still charged full price I was extremely disappointed. To bad, the staff is so nice... obviously management isn't aware of customer service and keeping sushi fresh. You guys dropped the ball..
Did the all you can eat sushi special. Decent stuff on that menu. Food was good, service was good.
Went there on Valentine's Day today. Now, I understand that the place was busy, (duh, its a popular holiday) but there were about four workers at the bar area just staring at us. For fifteen minutes. Waitresses are rushing past us woth hot food and here we are looking for someone to at least explain something to us, but there still stand the four people, just staring; no "sorry, someone will be right with you" or any sort of direction. We immediately left. Most likely will not return.
Food was very good but it took over an hour to get our food. And they need more people to wait on tables. The place was full last night and only 2 waitresses.
Waited 1-1/2 hours ate in shifts because nothing came out at the same time. One order was completely missed and all I got was oops we make now...are you kidding me and the manager was a joke the waitress was even worse....never ever again. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The owner needs to get better wait staff and another sushi chef to help. Fire the manager and nasty waitress, maybe offer a comp meal but noooo I think they are all related. What a dump!!!
