Absolutely, Rude! I contacted them for an emergency quote. They said that they were not coming out today because the weather was hot this week. He puts his office assistant on the phone, she tells me that since I didn't I didn't understand the first time, she will explain again. I told her that I wasn't a Moran, She then accused me of being irate because I defended myself. I just said I would seek someone else. Her response to me was, "Good luck with that." I would never use them again. They have horrible customer service.
