I’m only giving one star because you can’t leave 0. I started my home buying process in June of 2024 and trusted C&G to get everything completed for me. It was a headache from the beginning things were not correctly told to me. Then when my home was finally delivered and the set up crew didn’t even make sure the house was even, they cut Electrical wires to make the two pieces fit together properly (because they weren’t put together correctly) then when I started questioning things I stopped getting responses until I threaten... read more
Stay away. Ordered a home in Dec of 2020, delay after delay, constant excuse of Covid and would you settle for something not ordered, etc. took 5 months to get home delivered holes in sheetrock, ceiling, doors not aligned, etc. Promised it would be addressed. The dealer asked to us to contact the manufacture ourselves and schedule repairs. The dealer came out and adjusted some doors but home is far from finished. I visited the dealership on February 15th and met with Kimberly, who seemed friendly and easy to work with. I selected a model I was interested in, requested pricing with a few modifications, and followed up via email on February 17th to continue our discussion. On February 18th, Kimberly replied, promising to get back to me soon. Fast forward to March 8th—nothing. No call, no email, not even a carrier pigeon. Complete silence.
