My monitor heater wasn't working. My regular repair guy had retired years ago. I was given the name of this company by Granite Group. Jack actually answered the phone when I called. We had a discussion about what was going on. He came the next morning and had the unit back in operation in an hour's time. He let me watch and question him, so I was able to build my awareness of how it works and what causes problems. Priceless! Thank you so much, Jack!
had a furnace service done by zachary. super helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he found once he was finished. didn't nickel and dime us for anything extra either. definitely recommend!
