WARNING! Get another opinion! Gary called me and said I needed all new brakes and rotors, that my rotors were so bad they wouldn’t be safe to resurface. As you can see in the first photo I was quoted $730 for this work. I went to another shop and found not only were my front brake pads good but ALL of were rotors were above spec and I only needed rear brake pads! This is shown in the second photo were actual measurements were provided. Don’t trust this guys!
My brother was in town from Ohio and his truck broke down at 9:00 am the day before he was scheduled to travel home C and G responded immediately. His truck was towed, analyzed, and repaired by 12:30 that same day! Amazing service!!
Good honest people who do quality work and stand behind what they do. I got work done at the shop, had an issue and they went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Fixed the issue way beyond my expectations. A great shop that has my business in the future.
Took my car in on Sept 4th for a simple 3-4 hour fix. 3-4 weeks later still havent gotten my car back yet. I always hear "we hoping we can get it back in the shop tomorrow" this place was recommend. Never will I use this place again. I now have to use my rent money to rent a car. So I can get back and forth to work and take my children to school. At this point I just want my car back. Regarless if it is fixed or not.
You guys are the best! Thank you so much for not only squeezing my oil change in at a very busy time, but having my car done hours before you originally anticipated! I would recommend anyone to C&G!
