Drove into my driveway aggressively , I had just pulled into my driveway and had two of my kids still in the car and the guy was already trying to hook my car up with my kids still in it , had the wrong name & told me nothing would be stolen & asked for my keys. Very unprofessional. I sat outside after I had a set time for my appointment. Several people walked by me and never made eye contact and never asked me if I needed help. After 20 minutes someone finally asked another gentleman if he needed help. 15 min later they brought him his things from his car. Then they helped another gentleman taking 10 minutes. Then finally helping me. That process should not have taken 50 min after I had an appointment.
Guy at the Gate was very mannered and handled everything accordingly.
