In July of 2023 Colchester Realty recommend this plumber after my flush-o-meter stopped working. They charged me a total of $301.39 for this piece in the photo. This past Saturday 3/23 the piece broke off and water exploded all over the bathroom ceiling, walls and floors; damaging belongings from the flow of water through my hall and bedroom. costs are not transparent with these guys. They give you an initial estimate which appears reasonable then the final bill is double due to charges they never disclosed. When called to complain, they just say they can't make any changes to bills after the fact. While they are responsive, I wouldn't use them again.
We had an emergency during holidays and C&F immediately showed up and gave us the diagnosis. Few days later they came back and replaced the broken unit. Their team was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend them
We had a completely positive experience with C&F Plumbing.Their representative was knowledgeable, thorough explaining the problem to my husband and me, he worked handling all aspects of cleanliness. He went so far as to take pictures of the problem in the basement since we have difficulty climbing stairs. I feel confident recommending C&F to anyone with a plumbing problem.
