I was happy this technician cleaned all vents in an orderly fashion and was done in an hour. My last encounter with another firm left several vents uncleaned. His systematic method appears to have boosted airflow dramatically from last year.
Good tune up on our heater .
A/C correctly dismantled made my day.
The technician took his time checking everything and even showed me some regular maintenance stuff (unlike last time when the technician was in and out in 15 minutes). They also noticed some wear on the fan belt which wasn't reported previously so I was able to have that sorted before it became an issue.
Outstanding attention to detail and excellent customer support from start to finish.
