Sent a weed removal bill from the garden bed in front of my house on 6/7/18 to the city I bought the house in 6/8/18(closing date) No weed were removed I paid 175 for weed removal and landscaping services in 6/10/18 after purchasing the house. They sent a bill to the city for absolutely no work being done which is basically scamming the city and over all me.
