Michael at the front was very helpful and informative. All the employees were patient with all my questions. It was easy to get what i needed and pull to the back and get it loaded. The prices were reasonable. I now know what they have been around so long. I would definitely recommend them.
These guys are the best. Very knowledgeable but not condescending to amateurs. The equipment is good, but the people are better.
My son and I rented a little rotatiller for a small job we needed to do. The office staff was helpful on the phone . When I came in to ask advice regarding the best equipment to use for the job, the two guys at the desk contributed to the discussion which helped me make the right decision. In addition, my son had some trouble getting the unit working just right, and we called in for support. I recently rented a two-person auger with a 10” bit for fence post holes. Before renting, I called ahead, explained exactly what I was doing, and asked what equipment would be best. They assured me the two-person auger would work. Out in the field, the 10” bit constantly grabbed, even in softer, wetter soil — not just in rough or rooted ground, which I fully understand could be challenging. The initial interaction and equipment were fine. However, I don’t like accusatory exchange that was had with my friend upon return of the trailer rental. I’m not going to jump to any conclusions about anything or attempt to characterize it. But, I just didn’t like the way the situation felt. Edit: Rather than blame the customer, perhaps you should implement safety checks of your own to ensure that your own staff members completed their job correctly.
