Horrible customer service. Very unorganized. Tried charging me a different price than what they quoted my mother over the phone. Never told her about the towable option for a faction of their delivery prices. When the lift arrived it was never communicated and it came with no manual or directions. Excellent cant say any thing better
Helpful staff, good tool selection, and well maintained. Nice new storefront. They have three locations so if they don’t have the one you need in Tualatin they can check Vancouver and Eugene.
