We have rented equipment several times from the Tualatin store and have always been pleased with the equipment and service. We would like to give Paxton a special thanks for being so helpful and accommodating.
Horrible customer service. Very unorganized. Tried charging me a different price than what they quoted my mother over the phone. Never told her about the towable option for a faction of their delivery prices. When the lift arrived it was never communicated and it came with no manual or directions. Was unable to use the life for the majority of my project that I needed it for because of some balancing issue which no one ever advised us of until AFTER i called to complain about not being able to use the lift I rented. Excellent cant say any thing better
Helpful staff, good tool selection, and well maintained. Nice new storefront. They have three locations so if they don’t have the one you need in Tualatin they can check Vancouver and Eugene.
