Always friendly and professional service. Fuel deliveries are always done in a timely manor and their service staff is polite and extremely competent. Happy to do business with them.

Needed oil in a pinch, willing to switch to Kiff - zero help. Highest oil prices, went with another supplier, much better.

Tried to get help in a pinch after hours. For after hours help, you must be a customer within the last year. They said they wouldn't help because I was not a recent customer. Now I remember why I switched over a year ago. Very vindictive. But hey, that's business I guess. In response to owner's response: I appreciate that, and am happy to pay. For the record, I offered to pay last night and Bruce ignored that. Instead, when I told him I had been using someone else, he snarkily said "you should have thought about that before ... read more
