Established in 1962. Donald Emery started C&E Fencing in 1962 as a small side business and it has grown into a successful family business. Lee Emery, the second generation of C&E Fencing, is still the proud owner of the fencing business with his wife, Jody. C&E offers both commercial and residential fencing services and has worked with customers from the Canadian border to Ticonderoga, west to Massena and into Vermont for over 50 years!

This company has awful customer service. Both times I called during regular business hours and an answering service answered both times. I left a message that I was interested in having a fence and deck done this summer and never got a call back even after my second call. I can’t speak to the quality of their work but I can just speak to the fact that they will not be getting any business from me based on their lack of urgency to call me back ever!
