RecommendedMoses and company were very easy to deal with and had our appliance fixed in one day. I highly recommend them for appliance repair and installation. They were fast to respond, almost instantly, and their pricing was more than fair. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and easy to work with. Scheduling was easy and they were right on time. C&E Appliance Service in Charlotte was called to repair a leaky dishwasher on 9/24/18. As of 1/15/19 the dishwasher is not fixed and they refuse any type of communication. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH C&E APPLIANCE!!! After 4 months, it’s still not fixed. They incorrectly diagnosed the problem 4 times and charged me $412.91 for a $500 dishwasher. Terrible! Do not use. They came to my house before Thanksgiving and I paid for a part and the service call. I had to hound them to come back which occurred in January. The part did not fix the problem!!! Their customer service is the worst- Never USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!
This company needs a lesson in customer service. When calling after waiting almost three weeks for a dryer repair and not knowing if the part is in or now, we don't need the person that answers the phone laugh at us. Their tech Stanley lied about ordering parts, lied about receiving the wring parts initially. We have been without a fridge for 3 weeks despite our home warranty.
