Avoid this Conperson / Slumlord -Luis Galivanis- if at all possible!!! If you're stuck dealing with him for any reason, do it in writing over email, or text messages and save them! His word is worthless & he lies! He comes across as kinda goofy and good natured, always calling you "my friend" but it's an act.He always blames the manufacturers for bad work instead of taking responsibility and doing the right thing. I hope this might save at least one person the kind of nightmare I went through with this, person.
