Excellent imaging. very fair prices for quality.
Reading other reviews, I cautiously decided to give this place a try. My experience turned out a really pleasant one, thanks to the great help from the technician Gilma Cruz. After the first scan, I realized that this 3D CBCT doesn't work for me. I tremble more than normal people, especially when I am nervous and it is required to stay still. The rudest staff ever. Why would someone choose them when there are a lot more options? They don’t care about what you say. They shut the door on your face.
They asked me to pay the full amount while my insurance covers 50%. They said they will contact my insurance and my insurance will give me the money back. Half a year have passed and I never received the money -- I already forgot it and it just occurred to me because I want to see the dental. It's cheating. I will only update my comment when they gave me the money back. (I have pretty good insurance. All the other places never ask me to pay the full amount -- they only ask me to pay the amount that I should pay).
