C-Dental was polite enough during the appointment, but I’m frustrated by how the insurance situation was explained. I was told to pay $292 upfront and that they would help with reimbursement paperwork, which made it sound like reimbursement was reasonably expected. Only afterward did I find out they were out of network and both my medical and dental insurance denied the claim. Reading other reviews, I cautiously decided to give this place a try. My experience turned out a really pleasant one, thanks to the great help from the technician Gilma Cruz. After the first scan, I realized that this 3D CBCT doesn't work for me. I tremble more than normal people, especially when I am nervous and it is required to stay still. The rudest staff ever. Why would someone choose them when there are a lot more options? They don’t care about what you say. They shut the door on your face.
