Eugene accepted our claim through our home warranty company and he didn’t show up to our confirmed appointment, telling me that he did not have us in his schedule and would call me right back. He never called back. Our home warranty company told us he would be rescheduling so we kept calling and emailing him directly with no response, and after being without laundry for 3 weeks, he answered a call from the agent at the warranty company and said that he was too busy and would not come. Eugene is awesome! He is super busy, but worth waiting for. He came out to do some warranty work on our microwave, and knew exactly what the issue was in a matter of minutes.
Have called Eugene multiple times over the years (2 different washing machines, dryer, dishwasher) and have always been satisfied.
