My husband and I have been renting an apartment with this management for almost a year. Carlos, (landlord) is to be put nicely, a slumlord. And we are generally very nice down to earth people and usually try to see the best in everyone. He doesn't secure a lease and has just kicked us out for no reason, we are quiet, planted flowers like he wanted, made improvements to the unit, and always have paid rent on time in full.
