Charlie has seen my car (unfortunately) multiple times and has not once disappointed me. He is organized, timely, gets work done quickly, and does it well! He gets parts from GM that are certified, and it is his wonderful attitude and quality of work that my family and I have used him for years. I will continue to see him for as long as he will let me.
