Would give 0 stars if I could. Bad business practices, unethical contracts. Just because you pray and preach to God does not make you a better person in gods eyes, actions do. Guess what tomorrows a brand new day, do better!
Buyers beware when doing business with Chris Cooper. The homes show well, but as soon as you spend any time in one, you'll start to recognize all the corners that were cut on plumbing, HVAC, and quality of materials. You can hear your neighbors having conversations while sitting in your master bedroom. Mr. Cooper views relationships as transactional.
