I had a pleasure to get my hair done by Amy. She’s very professional, got massive knowledge and gave me good advice and tips about my hair and what’s gonna look good. I’m very satisfied with the end result, as she met my expectations about my new blonde colour. Highly recommended and for sure I will be back to the salon for the refresh. Only down thing is communication with the staff as when I came in I’ve been informed there is some extra charges if they use more products than expected (which is understandable). i got my bangs cut today, i cut them myself the night before at home but they were quite long and wasn’t fully straight, but weren’t bad at all. I wanted them fixed and to be thinger not so thick and a little shorter i showed my inspiration pictures and ended up paying £25 just for my bangs to be cut and it shaped a little around my face too look uneven and silly. This picture is how the hair stylist has left them, and i do not plan on leaving the house.

Worst 'hair cutters' in town. Do not go here. AVOID. These people ruined my hair. Unsure if the girl who cut my hair was even qualified to do so. Really bad customer service. Ignored. Didn't make us a cup of tea but made other customers one. Inappropriate outfits worn for work...one girls skirt was so short you could see what she had for breakfast. Disgusting. She should have been sent home. The 'manager of the shift' even wore skin tight leather trousers and a top that showed her belly button!!...not a good look for a woman... read more

First time at this salon. Great experience. Hannah did my hair. We discussed what I wanted and chose colours and highlights. Really lovely girl, attentive, listens and advises. Discussed future plans and timescales. Will definitely be back.
