Someone shattered my window while my car was in their possession. I had to call them 2 days about it because they didnt return my call. The business first tried to act like it could have possibly already been like that ??? Mind you 430pm the previous day I paid the fees, got my stuff out the car (which all 4 windows were there). They tow my car to me the following day and my car now has 3 windows and glass all in the backseat. They finally "give me their word" after I fix my car they'll see about replacing the window?!
