It's January 2nd, it's not a holiday, I called them twice today and can't get anyone on the phone! I can't get anyone to call me back. Glad I don't have an issue or needed to call for a claim. By the way there is no prompt on your message machine to reach a carrier service team if there was a problem. Unbelievable response from owner.
