My mother was charged $22.49 for a “diagnostic test” on her weed eater, was told it would cost a couple hundred to fix and she didn’t even pay that much for the machine. She was given her weed eater back in pieces in a box. I was told it wasn’t economical for them to put it back the way it was brought to them. I was told it would cost labor to put it back the way it was brought in. I work with the public, I will tell everyone I know and I meet about how shady this company is from now until....
