We had a technician come out and check out our unit, insulation and ductwork. The technician was very cocky and made some slick comments. He informed me that I would receive a quote from him later that afternoon. I didn’t hear anything and then they called my husband at work to inform him they wouldn’t be able to do the job because someone prior had cut a truss and it would be a safety issue and liability.
