Had an estimate done for a tile re-roof during July. Signed a contract in September. They told me late October for the re-roof. They wanted half the fee prior to install and said they would send someone to collect payment. Nobody showed up. I emailed and called in October. No reply/ return call. I waited for nothing. Went to another local roofing company and they re-roofed my house in 2 days. My impression is this company does not want to do tile work and are unreliable. C&C was great with responses and affordable! They replaced our roof last summer 2022z Our roof looks beautiful and has been great this winter with all the rain. Highly recommend!
This company did my neighbors roof and I asked for a quote since they were already there. They left without giving me a quote. I found a business card poster near my house called them no answer called them no answer called them no answer left a message never received a call back. Called one more time left a message and somebody said they would be out tomorrow me a quote. Guess what? Never heard from them again! Lousy lousy customer service.
Had a leaky roof and called this company to fix it for me. He sent a couple of his men whenever he could free them up and they replaced roof vents. These were already new but I went along with it because he said that would do the trick. That was during the summer months and when it started to rain again the roof still leaked. C &C roofing is fantastic. You will not get a better crew of guys to come work on your roof. Every single person I interacted with was respectful and kind. They were able to install my roof in just two days because of their large well trained crew. Even though they were trying to get the roof done in a timely manner they were very respectful of the fact that we were in the home while they were working in it making sure that we were as comfortable as could be while they worked.
