If zero stars were an option, that would be my rate for this man. I have never in my life dealt with such a mean, heartless, uncaring human being. I lived with my disabled mother in one of his properties for 12 yrs. Rent paid on time every single month without fail. This man made no improvements or fixed anything that went wrong. We replaced carpet, we fixed the bathroom floor that was falling in, we painted in order to make the place fit for a child due to me getting pregnant.
