They came out for the SEVENTH time yesterday for my ACunit that isn’t even two years old quit working. They say it’s the filter or something else minor every time. It hasn’t once been fixed properly! I shouldn’t have to call them this frequent for a brand new unit. Also when they came out two weeks ago, the jerks took out my filter and didn’t replace it! Was without any filter for two weeks without knowing! Do not use C&C
instead of buying new stuff they get it out of their scrap yard and polish it up.

My daughter being just released from the hospital had to deal with this company for two days. They no showed three times, didn’t even call her. She had to call them. Just a lot of excuses for poor service and customer support! If you’re gonna use them go ahead and put in a couple of window units for the wait
They are the worst! No clue on how to efficiently run a business, poor customer service and No Showed on me 2 days in a row. No phone call, nothing.
C&C was Excellent!!! Fast and very Professional!!! Full install in one day.
C&C did a full system install at my residence. They were completely professional and dedicated to their work. They went above and beyond to satisfy and please. I couldn't be more pleased, thanks again Billy Joe for everything.
