They’re terrible and I wonder how many of these reviews are fake. Numerous serious issues in our building have gone without repair for months or years since they were hired. They give strata advice that does not follow local bylaws. Will never move into a C&C managed building again, they drop the ball on too many things.
I used to enjoy the chain in Miramichi. It was fresh, portions are very consistent, clean and friendly but lately the quality has been changed. Fries are cold. The burger was not taste the same and not clean. I am not going bank. Is it change ownership?????
Just had a pathetic client experience at the Morningside & Ellesmere drive thru location. Gave me the wrong order & didn't provide the bill. More shocking was the conflict resolution when I called. Trying to blame me instead of taking accountability. Refused to provide her name. Untrained staff spoiling the brand name of A& W which I really "liked" in the past.
I use to love A and W ..but the burgers are so small now, not worth the price they charge, and with the constant screw ups of my orders over the years at the White River location, I will not be a returning customer, shame on you A and W..do better for your loyal customer base
