Great customer service
I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy. On two separate occasions, they requested a Prior Authorization (PA) for a name-brand medication when a generic was available and covered without one. One employee even incorrectly insisted a generic didn't exist. Furthermore, they lack consistency; I am given a different generic version of the same drug almost every single time.
