I used to go to this salon, but I received a card for 20 percent off for my birthday.. I booked an appt for the end of that month,. Unfortunately, I had a family emergency and had to reschedule the appt.. I called at least 24 hrs in advance to cancel, and asked the mgr, if I could come the next day and still receive the same discount.. I was YELLED AT and told that I was to pay the REGULAR PRICE for ONE DAY LATER! I have been patronizing this establishment for over 3 years now; so I WILL NOT BE BACK !

Went to the salon 2 days ago because my nail salon recently closed and I'm trying to find a new place to go. Their technique is very unusual, and very poor quality. The ladies in there were really nice but, I will never go there again. Within 3 hours after leaving there, my nails chip like you wouldn't believe and 6 of them cracked. I always take pride I'm the appearance of my nails and these are just embarrassing. I will never go there again

Very expensive for nails and not a good product. They have no clue how to do what the customer wants they just do what they want. I'm going back to my normal nail lady. Oh and if your going to get a nail design defiantly do not go here the only reason I gave them a one star I because the give you a have of min massage and you can't give less than that. The one lady screwed up my sisters nails and my sister wanted her to fix it and the lady said maybe next time.
