Awesome customer service!
The seat I paid close to 900 dollars for wouldn't fit properly nor would c and c stand behind it to make it right, all I got was excuses and run around. I ended up taking it to a local shop that resolved the problem. I wouldn't recommend c and c nor will I buy another of their products.
This seat is amazing. I have a Tahitian Teal RH and the color is sometimes blue and other times green. It matches perfectly. Shad is the go to guy for customer service. In a time of C19 great customer service is hard to find. He sent samples out, talked about layouts, and sent pictures of other seats. The craftsmanship is incredible. From the time I said I go...it was about 2 weeks to the house. This is the place to get a quality custom seat with friendly folks. Thanks again Shad!
I was blown away with the quality and the comfort and attention to detail with the seat that I got. Shad was amazing and patient and helped me pick the right stuff out, I’m not the best when it comes to design and those things but he helped me out a lot And let me know what would go good with what etc. Honestly, the only thing I’m upset about is wasting money on other aftermarket seats on motorcycles I’ve owned in the past.
