We were unable to turn off the system without turning off the water to the house. We called and they were here within the hour to turn on the water to the home. They’ll be back to fix the underlying problem. Great customer service!
It’s really hard these days to find reliable service, let alone decent customer service. We had a mishap during yard work, on a holiday, WITH A NEWBORN that prevented us to turn our water on without our water bill skyrocketing. I called 5 different companies and this one was the only one that called me back and was willing to assist in a timely manner.
