If you need your vehicle repaired GO ELSEWHERE. They had my vehicle for over 1 month claiming I had all this damage and wanted me to approve 10 more hours of diag for them. Then, I opened a claim with my insurance company as what they said was wrong would have been covered 100% and they kept dragging their feet, telling me one thing and the insurance company another. I have been trying to replace a totaled 2020 Ram 1500. I inquired about the 2018 Ram they had in stock. I would be driving from out of state so I asked for some pictures of the underside. Once I had those I was going to make the drive. The employee kept telling me that they were sent. I eventually got a text several hours later, too late for me to make the drive.
