I had a cable replaced on the ramp door of a 6x10 enclosed trailer. The replaced cable was OBVIOUSLY too short and when I commented on the fact the question was just avoided. I have since learned that the cables should be replaced in pairs to account for stretching etc. Also the tension of the door was also not even close to correct and took quite a bit of force to close the door. When I voiced this to them a slight adjustment was made but it is VERY different from other enclosed trailer I have used. It is very disappointing... read more
