This place is horrible. Constantly losing doctors and nurses and never notifying patients when this happens. If I could give them a negative star review I would.
Unorganized they have canceled and rescheduled me at anytimes and when I show up the door is locked no one is there this is negligence
They are unprofessional and they will add on services that were never provided. NP also lied to my Insurance claiming that I denied the zoom follow up appointment. She called my cell phone two hours prior to the follow up appointment asking if it can be done over the phone instead. I said sure, I know she probably wanted to get out of work early on a Sunday. They are very unprofessional. Joy the office manager hires people who don't even have a license and sends them to people with very severe problems. I have had the worst experience I have gotten no help from these people. Are they even real? They tell you about how great their life is and that they're working from home and that they have vacations to go on. What kind of place is this?!
