I've taken my 800 ranger in twice for service and left both times unsatisfied and with the feeling I was taken advantage of.. ended up taking it to Whipp and they resolved all the issues.. Nice people at c and c but extremely slow and unreliable service.

Had them convert our deluxe into Fatbaggers trike and it did not make it home without the headlights failing. They didn't connect the Wiring harness properly. Also the trunk would not close properly and was told to slam it. How nice. Brought it to their attention and all I got was a sorry. No help to fix problems. Had to take tank off myself to fix wiring and to body shop for trunk lock that works. Also wife did not like paint job had to go to another shop to get that fixed. Rant over.
Tons of stuff from clothing to bikes to nick nacks I would love to spend more time there
I did business with C&C for years bought a pre owned bike from them. The 30 day warranty was a joke. The rear tire was replaced before I bought it. I had them come and get it to mount rear tire correctly. C&C kept my bike until my 30 warranty ran out. The following year I installed a different rear fender. Bought an aftermarket tail light. They sold me a used tail light for a new one. It broke while trying to install it. Took it back. 30 days later finally my new tail light came in. Business response:
We warranted his taillight, it didn't cost him a thing. The taillight took a week and a half to come in, not a month. He came in mad that it took that long, I asked him what would make him happy and he went off. I asked if he was going to act this way every time he came in, and he started in all over again. Then we asked him to leave, we don't need or deserve this type of customer. This happened over 3 years ago and all it cost him was a week and a half of waiting.
So we were out with some friends for a ride on a beautiful day yesterday. We had one friend that had not been to C&C so we decided to stop by. Glad we did. I got off our bike and noticed our front tire did not look good. We had hoped to wait until spring to replace the tires but it was now obvious it needed done immediately. The guys in the shop were great. They got us in and replaced both tires in less than 3 hours and we were back on the road. Thanks again for making our ride safe again.
