Our drain for our sink was clogged, so we attempted to solve this by using 3’ snake, to no avail. So we sent a email to our building’s manager. The manager of our condominiums called the building’s association. 2 weeks later, the association chose a plumber, which was from C&C Mechanics. Interestingly, this plumber was from Chilliwack (82km away from our location). Once the plumber arrived, he took apart the plumbing underneath the sink get access to the main pipe. I’ve never thought I would have to experience service so bad that I would need to write a one star review. But here I am tbh I would give them 0 stars if I could. To start it off, I had an issue with my unit where the water shut off valve was leaking. My building called C&C Mechanical to come in and the experience was horrible. The plumber came into our unit reeking of cigarettes, throughout the whole time he was swearing saying “**** this is hard”, “this is a ****ing issue”. You understand the point. Too bad. I had such high hopes for this company as my initial calls were fantastic. Was asked to pay $295 for a plumbing quote but nobody showed up come appointment time. When I called to see if they were still coming they said they think so that the service provider assigned to my location was reliable. Then emailed shortly there after (2o min. after my appointment time) saying they needed to reschedule. After spending an hour to commute to meet them on time I was super frustrating.
