C&C Electrical and Plumbing was hired to perform work in our condo building, and their work directly caused a major water leak just days before the Christmas holidays. This resulted in flooding of multiple units and the shutdown of shared amenities, including the gym, sauna, pool, and hot tub. I called for plumbing and since it was around 5:30pm on a Friday, I was aware it was after hours so I wanted to know the rates until Monday and the assistant was quick to say “If you can get an appointment for Monday…” so I asked if it’s okay to leave a clog until Monday and she said “I’m not a plumber, I wouldn’t know.” No kidding, I’m not a plumber either but I know customer service. Found that to be an un-necessary rude remark. Will never call this company for advice.
