First off I like to say this is one shady company. They have taken our dumpster and had given to another company shredrite because "Quote they didn't have have enough dumpster's" what kind of business leaves a paying customer with nothing. You better believe they will eventually do it to you too. This is the second time they have done it. THEN ONCE LEFT a rusty disgusting thing in it's place and thought it was acceptable. BEWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This company should receive zero stars. The constantly miss pick ups. When you call them the people in the office just make excuses. Even after you tell them that they missed your pick up, they don't bother to send anyone to pick up the trash. You end up keeping your smelly trash for an extra week. This is a very poorly run business from the drivers to the people in the office. They do not care about doing good job. I am not excited to spend another two months using this trash service. I started using it three weeks ago and my trash has only been picked up once. I am very dissatisfied and I already have plans to switch to a different trash service.
