BUYER BEWARE - Sean is a Crook & Doesn't Stand Behind his Work I was renovating a large, expensive home on the lake. My contractor used C & C to fix some roof issues and add on to a garage we built. Not long after the job we experienced leaking into a number of areas in the home. I called Sean to get them to come back and he said the contractor had not paid him in full.
