Funny how the Owner of the company responds to good reviews and ignores others who are having real problems with the company.STAY AWAY. This company botched my installation and the product itself Lawson Laminate Flooring is a joke. They claim 20 to 50 year warranty yet I have it for a year and it has chips scratches and other defects like not locking together properly and leaving gaps. Not my usual to write about a company but after spending 5 grand, I think I should. I had my whole house carpeted by CC Carpet. They use contractors to lay the carpet. Of course, not a one can speak English... The install is warranted for one year. So, we have the carpet professionally clean as recommended. Than we noticed the carpet begin to bubble up in several rooms, one of which wasn't cleaned. So I called CC. Work was supposed to start on Monday, but nobody showed up. Nobody called to explain, I had to call them. On Tuesday they were supposed to be here first thing in the morning but it's after 10am and still no phone calls and nobody here to start working. Unacceptable.
I had granite installed by CC Carpet in May of 2016, the whole experience was superb! From start to finish Josh Fitzgerald answered all of my questions and informed me of what to expect every step of the way. I would highly recommend CC Carpet.
Awful customer service If I could give 0 stars I would. The gentleman I spoke with was rude and not interested in doing his job. Astounding considering how far I traveled because this place was suggested to me by someone else. I would never suggest this place to anyone looking to have good customer service along with a good product.
