Taryn has been amazing. My mother took a turn for the worse and very suddenly and it was beyond what I could provide alone in regards to care. Taryn took care of making sure everything was in line, she listened and helped me through this tough time and ensured I had a care giver despite numerous changes in my mother's arrival back home. Please read before using this agency. One star because one or two of the aides were very good. Overall our experience was poor, and we would not recommend this agency. Scheduling was extremely inconsistent, and turnover of aides was frequent. When services were cancelled, handling of financial matters was not supported by contract. Communications from administrator were inaccurate and unprofessional, making the termination process unduly frustrating. Would never use again.

Caring Hands has helped my aunt stay in her home. They have improved her health and gone above and beyond on making her home comfortable. I could not have cared for my aunt this well.

C&C TEAMS cared for my family at our time of need, the management worked tirelessly to assure coverage of the different needs that surfaced. Our conditions were stressful for the workers but overall, C&C survived them and remained focused on their mission.

Caution : this company will not show up or call you about the services you have paid for if you cancel future services - leaving your family member with no caregiver. Just a few days of service with poor communication with last minute notice of changes. Don't recommend.
