It's a terrible company to try doing business with. I tried contacting them twice, the first time I left a voice-mail and never heard back from them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they didn't get my voice-mail. The second time which was today, I actually spoke with them at 11:30am and they took down my name, address and phone number and said they will be at my house in an hour and a half.
