Very friendly and clean
Terrible customer service, employees did not want to help me they barely opened their mouth. I spent over $100 once and never received any samples, every other beauty supply gives samples when at minimum $25 is spent. The particular employees who were rude today usually it’s the owner who’s nasty and watches me as if I’m stealing but today it was a heavy set, honey blond hair, African American women & an Asian decent women with extremely thick lashes.
