Came to inquire about a vehicle that was being sold . The gentleman I was speaking with was very unprofessional , after numerous occasions the vehicle kept shutting off as if it was not holding power . I asked can it be the alternator? The response I was giving had me feeling very uncomfortable. As a used car dealership as a sales person customer service comes a very long way . If I could give less star I would completely bought a lemon I bought the car knowing it had 2 issues with it ac which idc about to much and oil pressure sensor took it to mechanic for them to tell me 6,000.00 worth of work is needed. Both catalytic converters are shot it's leaking coolant I called and explained what happened to Victor and basically had no regard or wanted to take responsibility I let him know that I have 2 kids I need a reliable yea well now again I have no car. I bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from Victor , he was great and very helpful the car has been great since I bought it no issues . I would definitely recommend this dealer for a reliable car .
this dealership is terrible. Victor lied about selling good vehicles. my dad purchased a Toyota RAV4 for me as a gift and it broke down and stop working with my son and I in the middle of the road. ( Imagine how scary and dangerous it would’ve been if I was driving on the highway ). it happened within 28 days of purchasing the car.
