This is my go to mechanic. I drive from Reston the night before, drop my car off, and take an Uber home. Kenny, Chuck, Meredith are absolutely wonderful. A friend of mine used to work as a mechanic here. I cannot say enough good things about this shop.
Make sure you prove to them the year your vehicle was made. They insisted they put in the correct part (which didn't work). When I did the research, showed them that the manufacturer themselves indicated it was the wrong part, they didn't have the integrity to admit they made a simple mistake, apologize, and make it right. After going round and round with their "repairs" not fixing the issue and wasting my time, they sheepishly admitted they were using the wrong part (different year car) and put the right part in.
