Not a place to shop. I went by to purchse a Chevy Cavalier and turn in the old vehicle I bought there and the guy let me test drive it and asked for keys to old car. As soon as I got my stuff out he turns around,like a coward-the owner- and tells me I won't sell you new car even though I had the money in hand.
